The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hong Ha Branch (hereinafter referred to as “BIDV Hong Ha”) would like to announce the selection of an asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information on the asset to be auctioned:

• Name of asset: Land use rights and assets attached to land located at Tran Dang Ninh Street, Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province, as specified in the Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of House and Other Assets Attached to Land No. DL 493793, registration number VP 03699, issued by the Lao Cai Province Land Registration Office on November 13, 2023, to Mr. Pham Hong Cuong.

2. Application submission deadline:

• The deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of this notice.
• Applications sent by post will be considered based on the postmark and must be received by BIDV Hong Ha within 10 days from the date of this notice.

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organizations must meet the following criteria:

• Comply with Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction 2016, Article 33 and the Appendix of Circular No. 19/2024/TT-BTP dated December 31, 2024, issued by the Ministry of Justice guiding the implementation of several articles of Law No. 01/2016/QH14 as amended and supplemented by Law No. 37/2024/QH15.
• Sufficient physical facilities and equipment to conduct the auction of the asset.
• Feasible and effective auction plan.
• Proven capacity, experience, and reputation in asset auctions.
• Reasonable service fees and auction costs.
• Listed among the officially published asset auction organizations by the Ministry of Justice.
• Minimum operational period of 03 years.
• Minimum of 03 licensed auctioneers.

5. Required application documents:

• Legal documents of the enterprise
• Profile outlining experience and capacity
• Quotation letter, documents relevant to Section 4 of this Notice, and any other commitments (if applicable)

*Note:

• Applications shall automatically be deemed invalid if the organization is not selected in accordance with applicable laws.
• BIDV Hong Ha will issue a written notice to the selected organization. Non-selected entities who do not receive a notice shall be considered as not selected. Submitted applications will not be returned.
