Assets attached to the land: Warehouse. Construction area: 4,973.6 m2; floor area: 4,973.6 m2. Grade 3 construction.

01. Land use rights in Thoi An 2 area, Thuan An Ward, Thot Not District, Can Tho City, according to Certificate No. BD 612513. Area: 706.9 m2 (300 m2 residential land and 406.9 m2 agricultural land).

2. Starting price: 108.683.000.000 VND (In word: One hundred and eight billion six hundred and eighty-three million dong).

3. Period for applying documents:

Period for direct applying documents is seven (7) days from the day of notice (documents sent by postal will be calculated according to stamp of post office, on condition that Debit Processing Center must receive documents within ten (10) days from day of notice).

4. Location for applying documents:

5. Criterion for choosing:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned;

- The auction plan is feasible and effective;

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset aution organization;

- Remuneration for auction services and appropriate property aution costs;

- Being on the list of asset auction organization announced by the Ministry of Justice;

- Having a minimun operating period of 03 years;

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

6. Registration documents, including:

- Legal document of Company

- Description of company profile, experiences

- Letter of Offer, commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).

 

*Note:

- Registration documents automatically are expired in the case of price appraisal company is not to be appraised according to regulations of law.

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will have documents to notify price appraisal company to be chosen, Units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam will not returned documents to units not to be chosen.
