The deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of the announcement (for submissions via post, the postmark date applies, provided that BIDV receives the documents within 07 days of the announcement date).

- Facilities and equipment necessary to conduct the auction for the specific type of asset;

- A feasible and effective auction plan;

- Capacity, experience, and reputation of the asset auction organization;

- Appropriate auction service fees and asset auction costs;

- Inclusion in the list of asset auction organizations published by the Ministry of Justice;

- Minimum operational history of 03 years;

- Minimum of 03 auctioneers.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Corporate legal documents;

- Description of capacity and experience;

- Price quotation, documents related to Item 4 of this notice, and other commitments by the auction organization (if any);

- Other documents as required by BIDV.

* Note:

- The registration dossier shall automatically become invalid if the auction organization is ineligible to conduct auctions under the provisions of law.

- BIDV will provide written notification of the result to the selected auction organization; entities that do not receive such notification are deemed not selected, and BIDV will not return dossiers to non-selected entities.
