Land use area is: 4,704 m2, of which: construction area is 4,467 m2, internal road area is 237 m2; Construction density of 50%, land-use coefficient is 5 times; The project consists of 17 floors (excluding 2 basements, 1 technical floor and penthouse), the height from the 1st floor base to the roof top is 69.9 m; Total floor area is 22,892.3 m2. From the 1st to 6th floor are service centers and the offices for lease, from 7th to 17th floor are apartments which are sold.
2. Starting price and deposit
- Starting price for selling the above debt is: VND64,500,000,000 (In words: Sixty four billion, five hundred million Vietnamese dong).
The starting price does not include the costs related to the transfer of property ownership/use right, registration fees and other costs (if any) when the purchase of the Debt is made, these costs shall be borne by the winner of the auction. The purchase and sale of the Debt are not subject to VAT.
- Deposit: Auction participants shall pay a deposit equal to 10% of the starting price of the assets of VND 6,450,000,000 (In words: Six billion, four hundred and fifty million Vietnamese dongs).
3. Form of auction: Bid by direct secret ballot at the auction according to the method of bidding up.
4. Time and place for selling documents and submitting application for auction:
From 8:00 am on March 12, 2019 to 16:00 on March 14, 2019 at: Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company (No. 4/A13 Dam Trau, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi).
5. Time and place for reviewing debt documents and relevant documents:
On March 12, 2019 and March 13, 2019 (during working hours): At Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company (No. 4/A13 Dam Trau, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi).
6. Time and place for paying the deposit
On March 14, 2019 (Notice the bank to arrive at 4:00 pm). Auction participates shall pay the deposit by transfer to account no. 12010006997663, opened at: BIDV So Giao Dich 1 Branch; Beneficiary: Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company.
7. Time and place of the auction
The property auction will be held at 09:00 am on March 15, 2019 at Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company (No. 4/A13 Dam Trau, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi).
8. Conditions for participation:
- Individuals and organizations having demands and financial capabilities may participate in the registration except for the cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016/QH4 of November 17, 2016.
- The debt buyer (those registering to participate in the auction) and the Debtor are not “related persons” in accordance with the law.
