  • Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.
  • Selected valuation enterprise must not fall into the category of those which are not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by Law on Prices and its guiding for implementation documents.
  • Selected enterprise's headquarter/branch must be registered in Ho Chi Minh City, having at least 05 price appraisers, has been active for at least 05 years.
  1. Application includes:
  • Enterprise legal document.
  • Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
  • Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

  • Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

BIDV – So Giao Dich 2 Branch shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise: those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV shall not return the application of unselected organization.
