The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Truong Son Branch (BIDV Truong Son) would like to announce the debt auction of GAC Viet Nam Company Limited as follows:

1. Information of debt auction:

1.1 Information of debt for auction: Equal to all outstanding loan principal and interest (Include overdue interest, other relating fee, …) of the debt of GAC Viet Nam Company Limited at the time signing the auction service contract.

The total outstanding amount of the Debt as of 31 May 2020 is VND 112,200,000,000 (In words: One hundreds and twelve billions, two hundreds millions Vietnamese dong), in which the principal is VND 104,642,343,338 and the interest is VND 7,555,223,640.

- House construction area: 672,8 m2. Floor area: 1311,5 m2

2. Asset auction organization: Truong Thinh Auction Co., Ltd. Address: No. 46 street No.2, Chu Van An housing estate, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. Starting price: VND 112,200,000,000 (In words: One hundreds and twelve billions, two hundreds millions Vietnamese dong).

4. Deposit: VND 22,440,000,000 (In words: Twenty-two billions, four hundreds and forty millions Vietnamese Dong).

5. Price of auction documents: VND 500,000/set

6. Time and place for selling records and receiving auction dossier: From 08h00 02nd June 2020  to 17h00 26th June 2020 at Truong Thinh Auction (No. 46 street No.2, Chu Van An housing estate, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) and BIDV Truong Son Branch (316 Nguyen Thai Son Street, Ward 4, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City).

7. Time and place of debt consideration: From 08h00 02nd June 2020  to 17h00 26th June 2020 at the head office of Truong Thinh Auction Partnerships Company.              

8. Time, place, conditions and method of registering for auction participation:

- Time of registering for auction participation: During time for selling records and receiving auction dossier.

- Conditions of registering for auction participation: Individuals and organizations that have demand and financial capability may register to participate in the auction, except for cases specified in Clause 4, Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction No. 01/2016 / QH14 dated November 17, 2016.

- Place and method of registering for auction participation: Customers apply directly at the head office of Truong Thinh Auction Partnerships Company and at BIDV Truong Son Branch (316 Nguyen Thai Son Street, Ward 4, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City).

9. Deadline for deposit: During office hours on June 24th, 2020, June 25th, 2020 and June 26th, 2020, unless otherwise agreed by the auction institution and participants but before the opening of the auction.

- Organizations and individuals eligible to participate in the auction submit a valid bidding dossier and pay deposit to Truong Thinh Auction Company as prescribed.
