Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Vinh Long Branch (BIDV Vinh Long) hereby announces the selection of auction organization to sell the following assets:

1. Information of the debt sold by auction:

- Debts are proposed to sell: Unpaid debts, interest and fees (if any) of Vinh Long Import Export Joint Stock Company at Vinh Long BIDV.

- Reserve price of the debt sold by auction: Including unpaid debts, interest and fees of  deferred payments (if any). The estimated price until August 31, 2019 is: 208.615.584.716 dongs (Including 134.580.875.647 VND and 3.199.564 USD).

- The assets are completely ensured the debts sold by auction: All assets are mortgaged at Vinh Long BIDV to ensure debts of Vinh Long Import Export Joint Stock Company (attached appendix).

2. Time to receive registered forms:

Time for submission is 7 days from the date of announcement (registered forms sent by post is recorded by postmark, and Vinh Long BIDV must received these within 9 days from the date of announcement).

4. The requirements for choosing:

Organizations register to attend the auction who must meet some requirements specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of Law on Property Auction and the following conditions:

- Having function to run Property Auction

- Having the operation time of at least 3 years

- There are at least 3 auctioneers

- There are at least 3 branches / representative offices

- Other requestments given by Vinh Long BIDV

5. Registered forms are included:

- Legal documents of the company

- Description of capacity and experience

- Offer letter, other commitments of organization (if any).

* Note:

- The announcement will automatically expire in case the organization can not reach the auction as prescribed by law

- Vinh Long BIDV will show the result to see selected organizations, the organizations are not informed that means not to be selected, Vinh Long BIDV will not give back registered forms to these organizations.
