Direct application deadline is 05 working days from the date of announcement (the document submitted by post is counted by postmark, provided that BIDV Thong Nhat must receive it within the time limit of 07 working days from the date of announcement)

5. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprises must be in public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of forbidden from price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

- The selected enterprises must be BIDV’s priority list of independent valuation companies prioritizing the selection of collateral assets.

6. Application documents for:

- Business legal documents.

- Description of competence and experience.

- Price letter, other commitments of the price appraising enterprise (if any)

 

* Notices:             

- Registration documents are automatically expired in case valuation enterprises are not evaluated in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Thong Nhat will send a written notice of results to the selected valuation organization. Those who are not informed of the result are not selected and BIDV Thong Nhat does not return the application documents to the unselected organization.
