2. Information of the debt to be auctioned:

- Debtor: Vietnam Agricultural Trade and Tourism Joint Stock Company. Address: 57-59 Thuy Van, Ward 2, TP. Vung Tau, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

- Total outstanding as of 31 August 2019:

+ Interest: VND102,901,852,026

- Security of the loan: Land use right located in Ward 2 - Vung Tau City (total area ​​8,146.5 m2), land lot No.50, map No. 51; Form of use: Private use; Term of land use:  December 2045; Purpose of land use: Land for production and business; Origin of land use: The State allots land with land use fees.

3. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches/representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs.

4. Starting price: Total outstanding and other debt-related financial obligations (if any) at the time of debt purchase and sale (as of 31 August 2019: VND434,764,852,026).

5. Time for submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they are submitted to BIDV within 09 days starting from the date of notice).

6. Required documents:

- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).
