+ Ownership of housing and land use right according to GCN No. 010127182700457, property is CG1 Garden Apartment, residential area at No. 6 Doi Nhan, Vinh Phuc Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi. Land area is 101.8 m2, construction area is 252.3 m2. Owners: Mr. Nguyen Van Bau and Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan.

 + Shipment of hot rolled steel coil from 1.2 to 3.2 cups (Electronic customs declaration No. 111260; Set of them imported under foreign contract No. STK3490 dated 30/07/2012).

3. Criteria for selection of auction organization:

Organizations registering to participate in the auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Having the function of asset auction activities.

 - Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.

 - There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches/representative offices.

- Other criteria as required by BIDV.

4. Expected starting price: All principal, interest and fees (if any) at the time of signing the debt auction contract (Temporary value as of April 30, 2021 is VND 50,360,083,110).

5. Time to receive documents: The time limit for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV must receive them within 09 days. from the date of notification).

 6. Dossier includes:

- Legal records; Description of capacity, experience, auction plan.

- Auction registration letter and other commitments of the auction organization (if any).
