BIDV announces the selection of price appraisal YenVy enterprise

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of price appraisal enterprise as follows:

1. Debt information

- Information of the debt: Group of 04 corporate customers, whose temporary debt as of April 7, 2021 is 202,678 million VND, of which principal: 65,481 million VND, debt: 137,197 million VND.

- Asset being appraised price is the debt of BIDV’s customer, security assets for the debt include: 147 Certificate of land use right in Dong Nai province area Dong Nai, Long An, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Time to receive records:

The deadline for direct application submission is 03 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark).

3. Location to receive records:

- Loan workout center (Area 4) - Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (Address: 6th Floor, 24 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).

4. Registration file included:

- Enterprise legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

* Note:

- The registration application will be expired in case the valuation enterprise is not appraised in accordance with the law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected enterprises. The ones which do not receive the notice, are considered as not being selected and BIDV will not return application to the unqualified enterprises.
