1. Debt information

- Information of debts subject to evaluation: Temporarily as of Feb, 28th,2021, the outstanding debts of BIDV Bank's debt requiring valuation is: VND 83.184.188.838.

- Security Asset: 

Land use right at land parcel No. 562, map No. 49, area of 11,158 m2, land use purpose: land production and business establishments, located in Uyen Hung town, Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province and properties attached to land are 02 factories and a display house with a total area of 3,392.5 m2.

Land use right at land parcel No. 96, map No. 20, area of 532.6 m2, land use purpose: residential land + land for perennial trees. Properties attached to land is the house located at No. 34, Street No. 44, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

2. Deadline for submission: Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notice (dossier sent by post is calculated by postmark).

4. Registration documents and quotation request:

- Enterprise legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Letter of quotation, other commitments of the asset price appraisal enterprise (In which the content of the price letter indicates the contents such as the preliminary expected valuation value of the valuation property, the price level ...).

* Note:

- The registration application will be expired in case the valuation enterprise is not appraised in accordance with the law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected enterprises. The ones which do not receive the notice, are considered as not being selected and BIDV will not return application to the unqualified enterprises.
