BIDV announces the selection of debt auction organizations as follows:

1. Information of the debt:

- The debt for auction: the debt of Golden Quality Seafood Corporation in Hau Giang Branch (Temporary conversion value as of June 30th, 2021 is VND 285,465 million, of which principal debt is VND 218,795 million, interest is VND 66,670 million)

- Collateral of the debt: Seafood processing factory (including land use right of 1.5 hectares, works on land and system of machinery and equipment for seafood processing) of Golden Quality Seafood Corporation at Song Hau Industrial Park - phase 1, Phu Hung hamlet, Dong Phu commune, Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province.

- Starting price: All principal, interest and fees at the time of signing the debt auction contract (The value of the temporarily converted debt as of June 30th, 2021 is: VND 285,465 million).

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 working days from the date of notification (Applications submitted by post shall be counted according to postmarks, provided that BIDV must receive them within 09 days from the date of notification).

3. Place for submission:

4. Selection criteria of auction organization:

Auction organizations must meet the criterion specified by Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the other following criteria:

- Having property auction function.

- Having the minimum operating time of 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at at least 03 branches/representative office.

5. Application includes:

- Corporate legal documents;

- Corporate capacity and experience profile;

- Price quotation letters and other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

* Note:

- Application documents are automatically invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct an auction in accordance with the laws.

- BIDV shall send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such notice are deemed as not selected. BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
