4. Starting price: VND 220,773,259,139 (In words: Two hundred and twenty billion, seven hundred seventy three million, two hundred fifty nine thousand, one hundred thirty nine Vietnamese dong). The price does not include expenses related to the transfer of ownership/use of property, registration fee and other expenses (if any) when buying Debt, these expenses are won by the winner. The debt purchase and sale is not subject to VAT.

5. Deposit: VND 22,077,325,914 (In words: Twenty-two billion, seventy seven million, three hundred twenty five thousand, nine hundred and fourteen Vietnamese dongs) equivalent to 10% of the starting price.

6. Price of application documents: VND 500,000/set.

9. Time, place, conditions and method of registering for auction participation:
