JSC Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces the selection of assets auction organizations with the following details:

1.Information about debt:

- The debt of Hung Ngan Co. Ltd at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam – So Giao Dich 2 Branch (hereinafter referred to as the “Debt”) includes all principal and interest of the debt by the time of purchase.

The total outstanding amount of the Debt as of 5 February 2020 is VND 518,791, 060,320 (In words: Five hundred and eighteen billion, seven hundred ninety-one million, sixty thousand three hundred and twenty Vietnamese dong), in which the principal is VND 372,020,269,632 and the interest is VND 146,770,790,688.

- Collateral:

The land use right, and land-attached assets at: 51 Hoang Dieu Street, Ward 20, PhuNhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City (Total area: 188,4 (m2), the construction area: 114,4m2, total using area: 809,0m2);

The land use right, and land-attached assetsat:130 Ton Duc Thang Street, Quoc Tu Giam Ward, Dong Da District, Ha Noi City (land area: 137,6m2, construction area: 118m2, total using area: 308m2, number of floor: 3 floors);

The land use right, and land-attached assetsat: 11 alley 34/2 Nguyen Hong Street, Lang Ha Ward, Dong Da District, Ha Noi City (total area: 84 m2, construction area: 84 m2, total using area: 252 m2, number of floor: 3 floors);

The asset is formed from the loan is a part of the Commercial and Residential Complexproject at Tan ChanhHiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City (exclusive 971 apartments in Block A1, Block A2 and Block B1 which had been acceptance and handover to buyers);

The asset is formed in the future is Bai Cua Can Beach Resort Project at Cu Can Commune, Phu Quoc Island, KienGiang Province. The project was suspended by Phu Quoc Economic Zones Authority according to Decision No. 239/QD-BQLLKTPQ date December 24, 2018 due to investor failure to their obligations.

4. Starting price: VND 466,912,000,000 (In words: Four hundred sixty six billion, nine hundred and twelve million Vietnam dongs). The reverse price is not subject to VAT, exclusive of costs related to the transfer of ownership/ user of property, registration fee and other expenses (if any); upon the purchase of property, the costs are incurred will be pay by the purchaser.

5. Deposit: VND 46,691,200,000 (In words: Forty six billion, six hundred ninety one million, two hundred thousand Vietnam dongs) equivalent to 10% of the starting price.

9. Deadline for placing deposit: During the office hours on 13, 14 and 15 April 2020, unless otherwise agreed upon by the auction institution and bidders but must be earlier than the date of auction opens.

Organization and individual eligible for participating in the auction submit valid application document and deposit to Truong Thinh Auctions Company as prescribed.
