BIDV would like to announce the debt auction of Thanh An An Co.,Ltd as follow:

1. Auctioned debt: The debt of Thanh An An Co., Ltd at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Quang Trung Branch (hereinafter referred to as the “Debt”) includes all principal and interest by the time the debt sale is made.

- The total debit balance of the loan as of November 30, 2019 is VND 107,348,791,755 (In words: One hundred and seven billion, three hundred and four eight million, seven hundred and ninety one thousand, seven hundred and fifty five dong), in which the principal is VND 50,779,168,000, amount of interest and fine is VND 56,569,623,755).

- Collateral of the debt: 30 land use rights: urban residential land (housing construction) located at Phong Phu Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City owned by Thanh An An Co., Ltd under the Certificates of land use right.

2. Auctioned debt belonged to: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

Address: 35 Hang Voi, Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi City.

3. Auction institution: Truong Thinh Auction Partnerships Company

Address: 46 Street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City  

4. Starting price: VND 94,363,000,000 (In words: Ninety four billion, three hundred sixty three million dongs).

5. Deposit: VND 9,436,300,000 (In words: Nine billion, four hundred thirty six million, three hundred thousand dongs) equivalent to 10% of the starting price.

6. Price of auction documents: VND 500,000/set

7. Time and place for selling records and receiving auction dossier: From the date of posting the debt auction to 05:00 p.m. on March 27th, 2020 at the head office of Truong Thinh Auction Partnerships Company and at BIDV Debt Treatment Center – Address: 6th floor, no. 24 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City – Contact phone: 028.62762586 (Thinh Truong Auction Partnerships Company) or 0947907554 (BIDV Debt Treatment Center: Mr. Le Huy Kien).

8. Time and place of debt consideration: From the date of posting the debt auction to 05:00 p.m. on March 27th, 2020 at the head office of Truong Thinh Auction Partnerships Company.

9. Deadline for deposit: During office hours on March 25th, 2020, March 26th, 2020 and March 27h, 2020, unless otherwise agreed by the auction institution and participants but before the opening of the auction.

- Organizations and individuals eligible to participate in the auction submit a valid bidding dossier and pay deposit to Truong Thinh Auction Company as prescribed.

10. Time, location of auction: At 03:00 p.m. on March 30th, 2020 at the head office of Truong Thinh Auction Partnerships Company, address: 46 Street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
