1. Auctioned debt: The debt of Dong A Decoration Joint Stock Company at BIDV Thanh Do Branch (hereinafter referred to as “The Debt”), including the principal and interest as of debt transaction date.

(Total debt principal and interest as of 30 April 2020 is VND 26,118,406,945; whereby, debt principal is VND 20,000,000,000; interest and penalty fee is VND 6,118,406,945).
