- Name of debt: The entire debt of 01 corporate customer is Ha Tay trading Join Stock Company.

- Debt information: Information about the debt of Ha Tay trading Join Stock Company as at March 14, 2022

Total outstanding loans: VND 11.728.811.949, including:

+ Principal balance: VND 7.900.000.000

+ Outstanding balance of interest: VND 3.828.811.949

- Information on security assets: Land use rights and works on land according to Certificate of Origin No. BY193291 at 3B-01 Floor, Trade Center an Offices , Building No.07 Tran Phu (now is 197 Tran Phu), Ha Dong District, Hanoi City. Land area: 624.7 m2

2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV Thang Long must be received within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having the minimum operating time of 03 years.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The registration file automatically expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned in accordance with law.

- BIDV Thang Long will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the units that are not notified of the result are interpreted as not selected, BIDV Thang Long will not return the dossier with unselected units.
