4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities and equipment are necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have at least 03 years of operation.

- Have at least 03 auctioneers.

5. The registration application includes:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

 - Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Notes:

- The default registration application expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions.

- BIDV Thai Nguyen Branch will notify the result in writing to the selected auction organization, the entities which are not notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV Thai Nguyen Branch will not return the application to the unselected entities
