BIDV Phu Tai announces the selection of assets appraisal organization (Duy Tuan Co., Ltd)

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Phu Tai Branch announces the selection of debts and assets appraisal organization as follows:

1. Information about the customer:

- Customer name: Duy Tuan Co., Ltd.

- Address: 32 Vu Bao, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.

- Certificate of business registration No. 4100532904, amended for the 7th time on 10 April 2013.

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Phu Tai no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

3. Place of submission:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Phu Tai Branch; Risk Management Department.

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprise must be on the Public list of asset appraisal enterprises eligible for asset appraisal services of the Ministry of Finance.

- Selected enterprise must not fall into the category of those which are banned from asset appraisal services under the Law on Prices and its guiding documents.

5. Application includes:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of the asset appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Remarks:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the asset appraisal enterprise is not permitted to conduct asset appraisal in accordance with law.

- BIDV Phu Tai shall send a written notice of the results to the selected appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organization.

Total outstanding as of 30 September 2019 is VND343,216,747 and USD13,414,497.59 or VND311,036,395,455 (exchange rate on 13 October 2019 is 23,161 VND/USD); In particular:

- Principal: VND 0 and VND 10,734,843.71 (to be converted to VND 246,686,708,456)

- Interest: 231,869,128 VND and 2,249,776.78 USD (to be converted to VND52,338,949,063)

- Late interest: 111,347,619 VND and 429,877.10 USD (to be converted to VND10,067,731,225)
