1. Information of the debt

1.1. Information of the loan:

- Credit Agreement No. 01/2009/HĐTD-TNDK dated 31 March 2009 between BIDV Nghe An and Petro Vietnam – Nghe An Investment and Trading JSC.

- The loan amount according to the Agreement is VND100 billion, the current principal outstanding is VND39.980 million and the interest outstanding is VND42.188 million (as of 31 December 2018).

1.2. Information of mortgage asset:

- Type of asset: Asset formed from Nghe An Gas Building Project

- Description of asset:

Asset attached to land: Including 8 floors of office for rent (from 15th floor to 22rd floor), floor area is 733m2 per floor.

Certificate of land use right, housing and other assets attached to land proprietary right no. BA 845234 issued by Nghe An Department of Natural Resources and Environment dated 23 September 2010 and Certificate of land use right, housing and other assets attached to land proprietary right no. AO 786566 issued by Nghe An Department of Natural Resources and Environment dated 15 July 2019 for Petro Vietnam – Nghe An Investment and Trading JSC.

2. Time for submission

Direct application deadline is 07 working days from the date of announcement (the document submitted by post is counted by postmark, provided that BIDV Nghe An must receive it within the time limit of 09 working days from the date of announcement)

4. Selection criteria

Appraisal Organizations should be listed in the Publish list of Appraisal Organizations stipulated by BIDV (according to the Official Document No. 740/BIDV-QLTD dated 07 February 2019 and the Official Document No. 3146/BIDV-QLRD dated 31 May 2018).

5. Documents for registration

- Legal documents of Appraisal Organization;

- Description of competence and experience;

- Letter of quotation, and other commitments of Appraisal Organization (if any);

- Other documents as requested of BIDV Nghe An;

*Note:

- Documents of Appraisal Organization must be sealed when handed over to BIDV;

- Notification of Selection is automatically invalid in case the Appraisal Organization is not selected accordance with the law;

- BIDV Nghe An will announce the result by written documents to the selected organization, others who not be announced shall be considered as unselected, BIDV Nghe An  will not return documents to the unselected.
