The debt of Vietnam Feed Joint Stock Company at Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Investment & Development Of Vietnam - South Hanoi Branch includes principal outstanding balance and arising outstanding balance to the time of execution of debt trading transactions (Total outstanding balance of the debt as of September 4th, 2020 is 158.813.367.255 VND, in which the principal outstanding balance is 127.080.446.927 VND, interest and penalty balance is 31.732.920.328 VND)

Information on collateral is as follows:

-  The value of the profits gained from land use right exploitation at land parcel No. 1982, map No. 7b, according to the land use right certificate, ownership of house and property attached to land No BP851086 issued by the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province dated November 24th, 2014; property on land of pig farm; Equipment, machine on pig farm; Herd of breeding pigs at pig farm at Hong Quang Hamlet, Xich Tho commune, Nho Quan district, Ninh Binh province and Pig manure presser, submersible mixer, residue pumps, shredding machine according to the Mortgage Contracts signed between Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Investment & Development Of Vietnam - South Hanoi Branch and The Vietnam Feed Joint Stock Company.

2. The auction starting price: 104.197.450.256 VND (In words: One hundred and four billion one hundred and ninety-seven million four hundred and fifty thousand two hundred and fifty-six dong).

The above price does not include taxes, fees and other financial obligations payable as prescribed in relation to the transfer of the right to use and own property that is responsible for payment by the property buyer.
