- The debt of Trung Chinh Limited Liability Company at BIDV Mong Cai Branch.

- Collateral:

Luxury resort project in Tra Co, Mong Cai, Quang Ninh Province according to the Certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets No. BO 847928, BO 847927, BO 847195 issued by the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification (date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, provided that BIDV must be received within 7 days from the date of notification).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
