1. Information on debts and collateral:

a) Debt information

- Client: Viet Hai Shipping and Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Viet Hai Company).

- Address: 118 Huynh Tan Phat, Tan Thuan Tay Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

- The debt value of Viet Hai Company at BIDV as of September 17, 2019 is USD85,346,029.04  and VND66,966,421,032; in which: outstanding principal is USD43,286,704.55 and VND19,528,233,762; outstanding loan interest is USD42,059,324.49 and VND47,438,187,270.

b) Security of the debt:

- Security assets in the Me Linh Urban Area and Golf Course Project in Me Linh Commune, Van Khe Commune, Me Linh District, Vinh Phuc Province (now Hanoi)

+ Land use right: land area 46,991 m2; parcel of land number 168, map sheet number 8; Land use purpose: building villas and apartments; long shelf life;

+ Right to benefit from land use rights: land area 137,620.0 m2 of land lot No. 168-2, map sheet No. 8; Land use purpose: construction of public works and urban infrastructure.

- Main engine of ships of 54,000DWT at Dung Quat Shipbuilding Company.

- Assets formed from the borrowed capital are bulk cargo ships under construction in Dung Quat and Bach Dang shipyards.

- Guarantee of Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group.

- The registration file automatically expires in case the enterprise valuation is not appraised in accordance with the law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation company, the units that are not notified of the result are interpreted as not selected, BIDV will not return the application file to the selected unit to choose.
