1. Information of debt:

- Asset valuation: The debt of Thang Long Investment and Trading Group Joint Stock Company at Thanh Xuan Branch.

- The debt of Thang Long Investment and Trading Group Joint Stock Company is secured by:

+ 01 debt collection right is signed under an economic contract between Thang Long Investment and Trading Group Joint Stock Company and NVT Post and

Telecommunications Joint Stock Company.

+ 02 debt collection rights are signed under an economic contract between Thang Long Investment and Trading Group Joint Stock Company and Thanh An Investment Joint Stock Company.

+ 03 Personalty (including: LEXUS car, 51A- 108.58; Tower crane Model LT5517A-8 and BMW cars, 30Z- 5806)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification (date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark)

3. Place of submission:

- Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC – Debt workout center , 19th Floor, Tower A VinCom, 191 Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

-Letter of quotation, other commitments of the asset price appraisal enterprise (In which the content of the letter of quotation indicates the contents such as the preliminary expected valuation value of the valuation property, the price level ....

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
