1. Debt Information:

- Auctioned property seller: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam., JSC (BIDV). Address: 35 Hang Voi Street, Hoan Kiem distric, Hanoi.

- Property put up for auction: The debt arises from the bond investment of Archplus Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company at BIDV.

- Collateral: (i) Land use rights and assets attached in land at 545 Nguyen Van Cu Street, Gia Thuy Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi. Total land area is 1,431.3 m2. The expiry date of land use rights is 50 years since May 19, 2005. Origin of land use: The State allocates land with the annual fees;(ii) 3,000,000 (three million) shares of NEM Fashion Joint Stock Company which is belongs to Mr. Truong Viet Binh; (iii) payment guarantee from NEM Fashion Joint Stock Company for Archplus Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company;

- Reserve price: Total principal balance, interest and fees (if any) of the debt at the time of signing the debt auction service contract (The provisional value as of August 31, 2020 is VND 473,442 million, of which principal balance is VND 257,000 million, interest and fees is VND 216,442 million).

2. Deadline for application submission:

Application deadline is seven (07) days from the date of posting on the web (Documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV must receive them within 7 days from the date of posting on the web).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organizations must meet the criterion specified by Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Assets Auction and the other following criteria:

- Must be function of property auction

- Must be at least 03 auctioneers.

- Must be at least 3 years of operation.

- Must be at least 03 branches / representative offices (of which the head office has business registration in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City).

- Must be in accordance with other requirements of BIDV.

5. Application documents include:      

- Organization legal documents 

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by authorized entity. 

Note:

The notice of default selection expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction in accordance with law.

- BIDV will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization; those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV will not return the documents.
