An organization registering for auction participation must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction anh the following criteria:

- Have function of property auction activities;

- Have operation time of at least 03 years;

- There are at least 03 auctioneers;

- There are at least 03 branches/representative offices;

- In accordance with the requirements of BIDV.

5. Registration file included:

- Enterprise legal documents (Certified copy/True copy);

- Description of capacity, experience and auction plan;

- Letter of quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- The notice of selection automatically expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to bid under the provisions of law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization. The ones which do not receive the notice, are considered as not being selected and BIDV will not return application to the unqualified enterprises.
