- Reserve price: VND84,018,000,000 (In word: Eighty four billion and eighteen million Vietnamese dong)

2.   Deadline for submission:

The deadline for direct submission is 10 days from the date of notification (the date which the files are submitted via post is attested by the date on postmark, provided that all documents delivered to BIDV Nghe An address no later than 12 days from the date of notification).

4.   Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

-      Having asset auction license.

-      Having operated for at least 3 years.

-      Having at least 3 auctioneers.

-      Having at least 03 braches/representative offices.

-      Other requirements by BIDV Nghe An.

5. Documents required:

-      Enterprise legal documents.

-      Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

-      Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

-      Other documents as required by BIDV Nghe An.

* Note:

- Registration documents shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Nghe An shall send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. BIDV Nghe An do not return the registration documents of unselected organizations
