JSC Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces the selection of assets auction organizationswith the following details:

1. Information of assets:

- Auctioned property seller: Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam., JSC (BIDV). Address: 35 Hang Voi, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

- Assets for auction: the debt of Hung Ngan Co., Ltd at So Giao dich 2 Branch.

- Collateral:

(i) 03 Land use rights and land-attached assets located at: 51 Hoang Dieu, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City; 130 Ton Duc Thang, Van Chuong Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi; 11 alley 34/2 Nguyen Hong Street, Lang Ha Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi;

(ii) Commercial & Residential Complex Project located in Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. The total area of ​​the Project’s land is 27,559.6 m2 , including 04 towers of 22-storey apartment building + school + commercial service area...

(iii) Bai Cua Can Beach Resort Project located in Cua Can commune, Phu Quoc district (total area 204,204 m2), which is planning as a Commercial Service Complex, Tourist Service, Hotel, Resort and Villa areas…. The Project is on the compensation process stage, ground clearance, the area which has been finished is 53,179.73 m2/204,204 m2 (equivalent to about 26%).

- Reserve price: VND 502,251,568,167 (in words: Five hundred and two billion, two hundred fifty one million, five hundred sixty eight thousand, one hundred and sixty seven Vietnamese dongs).

2. Time for submission: Deadline for submission of application is 07 days as from the date when this notice is posted on BIDV’s website www.bidv.com.vn (application documents sent by post are calculated by postmark, provided that it must be received by BIDV within 7 days from the date of this notice)

3. Place for submission of application documents:

- Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC –Debt workout center, 6th Floor, BIDV Tower, 24 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organizations must meet the criterion specified by Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Assets Auction and the other following criteria:

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices (of which the head office has business registration in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City).

- Is in accordance with other requirements of BIDV.

5. Application documents include:

- Corporate legal documents.

- A written description of capacity and experience.

- Price quotation.

- Other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

Note:

- Application documents are automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the laws.

- BIDV issues a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization, those not received such notice are deemed as not selected, BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
