The full value of land use rights: both compensation, ground clearance, infrastructure investment and other investment costs at land I5 and I7 belong to Bach Giang Company approved by Decision 185/QD-UB on January 15, 2004 of the City People's Committee. Ho Chi Minh City. The location of zones I5 and I7 (68,514 m2) is determined according to dispatch No. 3141/QHKT-DB2 on October 14, 2004 of the Department of Planning and Architecture of Ho Chi Minh City. (according to the mortgage contract No. 116/2007/OS on May 14, 2007). |

All profits of Cao Nguyen Co., Ltd formed from loans and capital owned in the joint venture investment - business project Investment in technical infrastructure internal housing I5 and I7 residential areas, Quater 4, Phuoc Long A Ward, District 9 of Bach Giang Company under the Joint Venture Contract No. 20/LD.07 on 06/03/2007 and Joint Venture Contract No. 49/OSLD.07 on 17/05/2007 (according to the mortgage contract No. 117/2007/HD on May 24, 2007). |
