2. Selecting Criteria:

- All organizations must have auctioned the full criteria prescribed in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on property auctions and criteria dated 17 November 2016 or otherwise decided by BIDV.

3. Time and place for submission: The time limit for submitting directly is 05 days after the notice is posted on the website of BIDV (Applications submitted by mail shall be calculated according to the postmark within 07 days’ notice).
