+ 11 land use right certificates at Dong Loi A Hamlet, Dong Phuoc Commune, Chau Thanh District, Hau Giang, total land area: 58,840m2 (Field planting, annual cultivated land).

+ 01 movable is car, brand: Lexus, license plate no. 65A 008.88 in accordance with Car Registration No. 000892.

- Enterprises are chosen must belong to public List of Appraised Enterprises satisfy conditions to appraised operations of Ministry of Finance.

- Appraised Company is chosen will not belong to case of not to be appraised according to regulations of Law on price and relevant documents.

5. Registration documents, including:

- Legal document of Company

- Description of company profile, experiences

- Letter of Offer, commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).

- The registration file automatically expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned in accordance with law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the units that are not notified of the result are interpreted as not selected, BIDV will not return the dossier. with unselected units.
