- Borrower: Golden Quality Seafood Corp at BIDV Hau Giang Branch (Outstanding loan as of 31 January 2020 is VND227,988,477,000)

- Collateral includes:

+ 06 land use right certificates at Mai Dam and Phu Long Hamlet, Phu Thanh Commune, Tra On District, Vinh Long Province, total land area: 35,671.8m2 (Land for aquaculture: 35,371.8m2, building land: 300m2).

+ Land use right at Industrial Park with area is 15,1110.5m2 at Phu Hung hamlet, Dong Phu Commune, Chau Thanh District, Hau Giang Province. Projects associated with land are Aquatic Products Processing Factory (Shrimp processing line, IQE belt conveyor, electric system; Catfish processing line and MMTB system), and cold storage, construction grade: Grade III, area of site plan: 8,748m2, area of floor: 8,748m2.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 3 days from the date of notification (date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark within 05 days from the date of notification).

- Enterprises are chosen must belong to public List of Appraised Enterprises satisfy conditions to appraised operations of Ministry of Finance.

- Appraised Company is chosen will not belong to case of not to be appraised according to regulations of Law on price and relevant documents.

5. Registration documents, including:

- Legal document of Company

- Description of company profile, experiences

- Letter of Offer, commitments of price appraisal Company (if any).

*Note:

- The registration file automatically expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned in accordance with law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the units that are not notified of the result are interpreted as not selected, BIDV will not return the dossier. with unselected units.
