BIDV announces the selection of a debt appraisal enterprise

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) hereby announces the selection of a debt appraisal enterprise as follows:

1. Property information:

- Valuated debt: The debt of Dai Danh Co., Ltd. - Hau Giang branch. Total liability as of February 28, 2021 is VND 212,145,166,911 (in which: principal debt VND 113,470,480,000 and interest debt VND 98,674,686,911)

- Debt security assets include:

+ 01 certificate of land use right in the alley of Mau Than street, Xuan Khanh, Ninh Kieu, Can Tho city with the area of ​​86.8 m2 (of which, 17.3m2 residential land, 69.6m2 land for perennial crops).

+ 03 certificates of land use right in Phu Hoa hamlet, Dong Phu commune, Chau Thanh district, Hau Giang province with the area of ​​17.553m2 paddy land.

+ 09 certificates of land use right in Hai Ba Trung street, Tan An ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city with the area of ​​514,927m2 urban residential land and land for production and business and an uncompleted hotel on land.

+ 18 certificates of land use right at Lot 13A Residential Area, New Urban Area of South of Can Tho river, Phu Thu ward, Cai Rang district, Can Tho city with the area of ​​1,444m2 urban residential land and a house with floor area of 2,116.8m2

2. Deadline for document submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 05 working days (08 days by postmark) from the date BIDV posts a public notice on the website http://bidv.com.vn

3. Submission location:

4. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprise must be on the public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal operation of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected price appraisal enterprise is not in the case of not being subject to price appraisal according to the provisions of the Price Law and its guiding documents.

5. Registration application include:

- Enterprise legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Bidding letter and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the price appraisal enterprise does not allowed to make price appraisal as prescribed by law.

- BIDV will send a written notice of the result to the selected appraisal enterprise, the entities who will not be notified of the result are understood as not selected, BIDV will not return the application to the unselected entities.
