Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of organizations to appraise the property as follows:

1. Information of debt:

 - All debts of Long Phat Joint Stock Company at BIDV Tay Do Branch.

 - Address: 225B, Extended Tran Hung Dao Street, Le Binh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City.

- Collateral No 1:

 + Certificate of Land Using Rights of house and assets attached to land No BD 416109 (Land using right certificate book ref.: CH00640) issued on November 01st 2010 by the People's Committee of Cai Rang District, details of properties are as follows: Area: 930.1 m2 (Urban residential land: 300 m2; Land for perennial crops: 630.1 m2).  Plot No: 223;  Map No: 34.

 + Owned by: Mr. Tran Viet Truong - Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Hang.

 - Collateral No 2:

+ Certificate of Land Using Rights No 552238 (Land using right certificate book ref.: 000097.QSD) issued on June 23rd 2004 by the People's Committee of Cai Rang District, details of properties are as follows: Area: 990 m2 (Land for perennial crops).  Plot No: 77;  Map No: 34.

 + Owned by: Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - Ms. Ngo Thi Anh Nguyet.

 + Address of property: Area of ​​Yen Ha, Le Binh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. 

- Collateral No 3:

+ Certificate of Land Using Rights No AO 718222 (Land using right certificate book ref.: H01859) issued on October 15th 2009 by the People's Committee of Cai Rang District, details of property are as follows: Area: 1,004.4 m2 (Land for perennial crops).  Plot No: 435;  Map No: 34.

+ Owned by: Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - Ms. Ngo Thi Anh Nguyet.

 + Address of property: Area of ​​Yen Trung, Le Binh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. 

 - Collateral No 4:

 + Certificate of Land Using Rights No ………… (Land using right certificate book ref.: H 00128) issued on May 25th 2005 by the People's Committee of Cai Rang District, details of property are as follows: Area of ​​perennial crops: 356 m2.  Plot No: 308. Map No: 34.

 + Address of property: Area of ​​Yen Trung, Le Binh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. 

- Collateral No 5:

 + Certificate of Land Using Rights No ……….  (Land using right certificate book ref.: 001222.QSD) issued on November 07th 2003 by the People's Committee of Chau Thanh District, Can Tho Province, details of the property are as follows: Area of land for specialized purposes: 5,428 m2.  Plot No: 98. Map No: 34.

+ Address of property: Yen Ha Hamlet, Cai Rang Town, Chau Thanh District, Can Tho Province (former) (now as Yen Trung, Le Binh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City).

 - Collateral No 6:

 + Certificate of Land Using Rights No AK 914580 (Land using right certificate book ref.: H 01023) issued on November 09th 2017 by the People's Committee of Cai Rang District, details of the property are as follows: Area of ​​rice cultivation: 2,390.3 m2.  Plot No: 387. Map No: 34.

+ Address of property: Area of ​​Yen Trung, Le Binh Ward, Cai Rang District, Can Tho City. 

 2. Deadline for application submission:

The application submission deadline is 07 days from the date of posting on the website (date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, provided that BIDV must receive it within 9 days from the date of posting on the website).

 3. Application location:

 - Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Division of Debt Workout in the Mekong Delta (BIDV);  Address: 3rd Floor, 53 Vo Van Tan, Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.

 4. Selection criteria:

 - The selected enterprise must be on the public List of assets appraisal organizations eligible for valuation activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected assets appraisal organization is not in the case of not being permitted to conduct valuation activities pursuant to the Law of price and its guiding documents.

 5. The application must include:

 - Legal documents of the enterprise.

- Capability and experience profile.

 - Letter of quotation, other commitments of the valuation enterprise (if any).

 * Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
