Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) hereby announces the selection of auction organization for the debt of Thanh Hung Company Limited at Vinh Long Branch with the following details:

1. Information of the debt:

- Auctioned property seller: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), address: 35 Hang Voi, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

- Assets for auction: The debt of Thanh Hung Company Limited at BIDV Vinh Long Branch.

- Reserve price: All principal, interest and fees at the time of signing the debt auction contract (The value of the temporarily converted debt as of February 28, 2021 is 234.223.985.126 VND).

- Collaterals of the debt include:

1	Huynh Mai Factory	Investment cost for construction of Huynh Mai seafood processing factory (the property is on the annual rental payment land, land plot number 13, map sheet No. 15 of the land use right number AB 591348 dated April 11, 2005).

2. Deadline for application submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 working days (09 days by postmark) from the date of the public announcement on BIDV's website (website:  http://bidv.com.vn) and the Ministry of Justice's specialized website on asset auction.

4. Selection criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to ensure the auction of assets.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- Capability, experience and reputation of property auction organization.

- Appropriate costs for auction services and property on auction.

- The selected enterprise must be on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Minimum 03 years of operation.

- Mininum 03 auctioneers are available.

- Other relevant criteria as required by BIDV.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Letter of quotation, related documents according to Section 4 of this Announcement and other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents as required by BIDV.

Note:

- Announcement on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
