BIDV announces the selection of price appraisal enterprise

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) announces the selection of price appraisal enterprise as follows:

1. Asset to be appraised:

The assets are the debt of BIDV’s customer. Collateral for the debt includes:

- Land use right ownership of houses and other land-attached assets at 225, 226, TBD No. 41, address C12 / 20A Hamlet 3, Tan Kien Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (Area 4,466 m2 of production base business, built-in 3,175 m2).

- Factory at land plot number 604, TBĐ 41, address C12 / 15E Hamlet 3 QL1A, Tan Kien commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City (Area 4933.9 m2 of production and business, construction area 3744,7 m2).

- Land use right at plot 4495, Map sheet number 3 and factory at address C12 / 15A Hamlet 3, National Highway 1A, Tan Kien Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (Area 1,123 m2 of land for production and business establishments, area construction area 1883.4 m2).

- Land use right at the land plot number: 4377, map sheet number 3, at Tan Kien commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City according to the land use right certificate No. Q556296, in the land use right certificate number 00078 / 1a Land Use Right Decision / 4429 / UB issued on December 15, 2000 by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City (Area 4170.1 m2; purpose of use: storage of agricultural products and foodstuffs).

- Land use rights, ownership of houses and land-attached assets at land plot No. 17, map sheet number 67 (ĐĐC-2005), address: 202/5 Hoang Van Thu, Ward 02, Tan district Binh, Ho Chi Minh City (Area 224.13 m2 of urban residential land, construction area 123.41 m2).

- Factory at Lot B081 - 082, Street 01, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Duc Hoa District, Long An Town (Area 4,110 m2).

- Right to sublease the land use right at Lot B081 - 082, Street 01, Duc Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection critera:

- Selected enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance-Publicized list of price appraisal enterprises which are eligible for appraisal of prices.

- Selected enterprise must not fall into the category of those which are not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by Law on Prices and it’s guiding for implementation documents.

- Selected enterprise’s headquarter must be registered in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, having at least 03 price appraisers and has been active for at least 03 years.

5. Application includes:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

- BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV do not return the application of organization unselected.
