2. Name, address of the person having the auctioned asset: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Long Bien Branch, Hanoi, 137A Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ngoc Lam Ward, Long Bien Dist., Ha Noi city.

3. Name of auctioned asset: The debt of East Sea Shipping Company Limited at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development – Long Bien Branch, Ha Noi city. The collateral of the debt is: Biendong Victory ship; Headquarter of East Sea Shipping Company Limited in Ho Chi Minh city and Hai Phong city; Guarantee certificate number 136/CNT-TCKT.

4. Starting price: 173.861.481.204 VND (In word: One hundred seventy three billion, eight hundred sixty one million, four hundred eighty one thousand, two hundred and four dong).

The starting price does not include any costs related to the transfer of ownership / use rights of the property, registration fees and other costs (if any) when making the purchase of the Debt. These costs are borne by the auction winner. The purchase and sale of the Debt are not subject to VAT.

5. Down payment: Auction participants must deposit a down payment during business hours on October 19th, 2020, the deposit amount is 8.693.074.060 VND (In word: Eight billion, six hundred and ninety three million, zero hundred seventy four thousand, sixty dong), equivalent to 05% of the starting price of the auctioned asset in this case). Clients can deposit money into the account of the Song Pha Partnership Auction Company -  Bank account number: 0111000331444, at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam - Can Tho Branch (Vietcombank Can Tho).

- Price step: 50.000.000 VND (Fifty million dong)/time.

6. Time and place for sale of dossiers, auction participation registration, auctioned property viewing: Time and place for sale of dossiers, auction participation registration (during office time) continuously from the date of announcement till the end of October 19th, 2020 at Song Pha Auction Company and its branch in Hanoi.

Clients registering for participation in the auction are allowed to view the property or documents for property ownership and relevant documents on October 19th, 2020.

7. Dossiers fee for auction registration: 500.000 VND/document set (Five hundred thousand dong only).

8. Time, venue for property auction: on October 20th, 2020 at 2PM at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development –Long Bien Branch, Ha Noi city

11. Conditions and methods of auction participation:

- Conditions for registration for the participation in the property auction (debt):

a. Individuals, organizations register for the participation in the auction through submitting valid auction participation documents and a deposit to the Song Pha Auction Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

b. A participant for property auction is not a person who is not eligible to participate in the property auction as prescribed in Clause 4 Article 38 of the Law on Property Auction 2016 and other relevant laws.

c. In case the law provides for conditions when participating in an auction, auction participants must satisfy such conditions.

d. Auction registrant must provide relevant information of organizations and individuals to the Duplex Auction Company when registering to participate in the auction (in the form issued by the Company).

- Registration method to participate in the auction: Submit documents directly at the headquarter of the Song Pha Auction Company or at its branch in Hanoi.
