- Land use right at: Binh An Hamlet, Tien Phong Commune, Yen Dung District, Bac Giang Province under “Land Use Right Certificate of ownership of houses and other land-attached assets”, BU 604902, number in the certificate of issuance certificate: CH 00480 by People's Committee of Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province on August 21, 2014.

- Land use right at address: Binh An Hamlet, Tien Phong Commune, Yen Dung District, Bac Giang Province according to the “Certificate of land use right” number AI 165450, number in the certificate of issuance certificate: H00366/QĐ-UBND issued by People's Committee of Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province, issued on August 21, 2014.

- 02 trucks of TMT, Plates No. 98C - 090.41 and 98C - 092.84.

- Assets formed in the future from the project of building factories, lines of honey processing equipment under Mortgage Contract No. 01/2015/7163499/HĐBĐ dated August 17th, 2015 between Dai Phuc Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - North Ha Noi Branch (now Long Bien Ha Noi Branch).

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification ( date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Bac Ha Noi no later than 7 days from the date of notification).

- Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The selected valuation enterprise does not fall into the case of price appraisal under the Law on Price and its guiding documents.

- Low cost, quick procedure.

-  Other criteria as requested by the Branch

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

*Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

- BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi do not return the application of unselected organization.
