Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Long An Branch (BIDV Long An) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information of debt:

- Customer name: Thuan Thien Production Trading Company Ltd; Address: Lot No. 15, Street No. 7, Tan Duc Industrial Zone, Duc Hoa Ha Village, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province.

- Total outstanding as of 31 July 2019:  VND106,119,068,284 VND, particularly:

+ Principal: VND78,894,338,408 (including: VND75,395,890,000 and USD150,795.19);

+ Interest: VND27,224,729,876 (including: VND26,313,524,850 and USD39,276.08).

(Exchange rate as of 31 July 2019: 23,200VND/USD )

 2. Securities: Land using right, assets attached to land, machinery and equipment owned by the company and a third party.

3. Starting price: VND106,119,068,284 (In words: One hundred and six billion, one hundred and nineteen million, sixty eight thousand, two hundred and eighty four Vietnamese dongs).

4. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to the branch no later than 09 days from the date of notification)

6. Selection criteria                                                                                                    

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria::

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

7. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch

Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Long An shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization

- BIDV Long An will sign a contract with the selected organization after having approval from the Board of Directors.
