- Selected enterprise must be on the Public list of asset appraisal enterprises eligible for asset appraisal services of the Ministry of Finance.

- Selected enterprise must not fall into the category of those which are banned from asset appraisal services under the Law on Prices and its guiding documents.

6. Application includes:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of the asset appraisal enterprise (if any).

- Other requirements by the Branch.

* Remarks:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the asset appraisal enterprise is not permitted to conduct asset appraisal in accordance with law.

- BIDV Ha Thanh shall send a written notice of the results to the selected appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organization .
