1. Information of assets:

- Auctioned assets: Receivables arising from credit contracts signed between Vietnam Lever Associates Company Limited and BIDV Ha Tay.

- Total outstanding: VND17,762,833,001; Particularly: Principal: VND11,500,000,000, Interest:VND 5,901,225,001; Late interest: VND361.608,000

- Starting price: VND17,762,833,001 (in words: Seventeen billion, seven hundred and sixty two million, eight hundred and thirty three thousand, one Vietnam Dong).

2. Securities of the loan:

- Land use rights and assets attached to land of Nguyen The Thang and wife, Ta Thi Tit, according to Certificate No.BD 896544 issued by Hoai Duc District People's Committee on 12 October 2011. Land area: 177 m2, address: Lot 214, Dong Ha, Dac So, Hoai Duc, Hanoi.

- Land use rights and assets attached to land of Nguyen Van Thang and wife, Nguyen Thi Mai, according to Certificate No.BD 829768 issued by Hoai Duc District People's Committee on 30 May 2011. Land area: 442m2, address: Lot 318, hamlet 2, Tien Le village, Tien Yen, Hoai Duc, Hanoi.

- Construction and other assets attached to land on the 20,632 m2 land lot at Lot 294, Minh Duc Commune, My Hao District, Hung Yen Province of Vietnam, owned by Lever Associates Company Limited, according to Certificate No. BD 561095 issued by Hung Yen People's Committee on 18 July 2011. Purpose: Land for production and business, term of use: until 4 January 2060.

3. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Ha Tay no later than 07 days from the date of notification).

5. Selection criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

- Have auction room and information system.

- Have proper costs related to the auction according to the provisions of Circular No. 45/2017/TT-BTC dated 15 December 2017, Circular No. 48/2017/TT-BTC dated 15 May 2017 by the Ministry of Finance and mutual agreement.

6. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other documents as required by the Branch.

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ha Tay shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of unselected organization.
