The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Dong Do Branch (BIDV Dong Do) would like to announce the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information about loans:

All loans of Vien Dong Maritime One Member Co,. Ltd at BIDV Dong Do Branch.

Information about assets:

Asset 1: Works on land at Hai thinh port, Thinh Long town, Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province (including: office house, department store, security house, pier no.1, pier No.2, embankment embellishment yard N-1, embankment embellishment yard N-2, power lines and stations 320 KVA, lighting system, drainage system, water supply network, motorway, water tank, water pumping station).  This project is built on a land area of 48.976m2, this is leased land with a lease term of 50 years according to the Land Use Right Certificate No. AK 920648 issued by the People’s Committee of Nam Dinh Province on September 11, 2008.

Asset 2: Property rights arising from the office transfer contract No. 67 SĐ-CG-VP/SD1-VINASHIN/2005 dated 10/08/2005. The property to be transferred is the 12^th floor, Song Da building, Cau Giay Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Ha Noi city. Construction Area: 380,16 m2

2. Time for application submission:

The time-limit for direct submitting is 07 days starting from the date of notice (the date which the files were submitted via mailing is attested by date on postmark, provided that they were submitted to BIDV Dong Do within 10 days starting from the date of notice).

3. Place for submission:

The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Dong Do Branch, Eurowindow Multicomplex Tower – 27 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi City.

4. Selection criteria:

Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

Feasible and effective auction plan.

The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

Operate at least 03 years.

There are at least 03 auctioneers.

Other suitable criteria at the request of the Unit: Priority in selecting the list of auction organizations issued by BIDV

5. Documents required:

Corporate legal documents.

Description of capacity and experience.

Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

Notes:

Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

BIDV Dong Do shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
