Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces the selection of debt auction organization as follows:

1. Debt information:  

- Total amount of debt of Minh Hai Export Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company at BIDV Ca Mau branch. 

- Collateral of the debt: 14,890,000 unlisted shares of Kien Giang Fisheries Joint Stock Company (Kisimex), according to Certificate No. J0448, issued on December 31, 2008 (number of 8,720,000 shares) and certificate number J1561 dated October 20, 2010 (number of 6,170,000 shares); Name of shareholder: Minh Hai Joint Stock Company.

- Reserve price (Starting price): Total principal balance, interest and fees (if any) of the debt at the time of signing the auction service contract (The provisional value as of August 31, 2020) is VND 136,153 million (in words: One hundred thirty six billion, one hundred fifty three million dong).

2. Deadline for application submission:

Application deadline is seven (07) days from the date of posting on the web (Documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV must receive them within 10 days from the date of posting on the web).

4. Criteria for selection:

- Facilities and equipment necessary to ensure the auction of the auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Reasonable auction service remuneration and property auction expenses.

- The auction organization must be in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have at least 03 years of operation.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Application documents:

- Organization legal documents 

- Description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by authorized entity. 

* Notices: 

- Registration documents automatically are expired in case of the auction organization is not to be auctioned according to regulations of law.

- BIDV will have documents to notify auction organizations to be chosen; Units are not to be notified the results  will be considered as failure. BIDV will not return the documents.
