BIDV announces the selection of auction organization

1. Information about debts to be auctioned: All debts of Anh Minh Ltd. Company (debtor) at BIDV (Provisional data until the end of March 31, 2023) is: 224.763.142.919 VND, of which principal balance: 96.682.003.444 VND, outstanding interest and late payment penalty fee: 128.081.139.475 VND).

2. Starting price: The entire balance of principal, interest and fees (if any) at the time of signing the debt auction contract.

3. Deadline for application submission:

The time limit for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are counted according to the postmark, provided that BIDV must receive it within 07 days from the date of notification).

5. Selection criteria:

- The selected enterprise must also be on the list of BIDV's list of priority asset auction organizations.

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches/representative offices.

6. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Letter of bid, related documents according to Section 5 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- The registration dossier is automatically invalidated in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Nam Gia Lai will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered unselected, BIDV Nam Gia Lai will not return the documents to the selected bidders. unit is not selected.
