Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam hereby announces the selection of property auction organization

1. Property information:  

- Auctioned property seller: Vietnam Asset Management Company (VAMC)

- Property to be auctioned: Land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets associated to land in parcels 141, the Map number 25 in Thuan Loi commune, Tan Tru district, Long An province.  Land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets associated with land in 187 Me Coc street, 15 ward, 8 district, HCM city.

- Reserve price: VND 16,055,000,000 (in words: Sixteen billion, fifty-five million Vietnamese dongs)

2. Deadline for application submission:

Application deadline is seven (07) days from the date of notification (during office hours).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legal property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application includes:

- Enterprise legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by authorized entity.

BIDV will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
