1.2 For the debt sales of Viet Can Co., Ltd and Nhu Y Private Enterprise at BIDV, Bac An Giang Branch

- Debtors: Viet Can Co., Ltd and Nhu Y Private Enterprise

- Outstanding:Principal and interest amount (including due interest and default interest) as of 5 August 2019 is VND 1,131,155 million (in particular: VND 789,439 million of Nhu Y Private Enterprise, and VNDVND 367,800 billion of Viet Can Co., Ltd).

- Starting price: It is equal to the outstanding principal and interest debt balance of due and default interest of Nhu Y Private Enterprise and Viet Can Co., Ltd at BIDV - Bac An Giang Branch. The outstanding principal and interest debt balance (including due interest and default interest) is closed as of date of auction contract.

1.3 Auction method:

- Simultaneous auction implementation: Auction is applied for properties assigned for debt and sales of debts owed by Viet Can Co., Ltd and Nhu Y Private Enterprise at BIDV Bac An Giang Branch with starting price of total starting price of selling properties assigned for debts and sales of debts.

2. Time for submission:

The direct submission deadline is 05 working days since date of notice (submission via post office is calculated by post office stamp, provided that BIDV Bac An Giang Branch must receive it within 07 working days since date of notice).

4. Selection criteria:

The organization registered to join the auction must be qualified with the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and following criteria:

- Have function of asset auction.

- Have minimum operating time of 03 years.

- Have at least 03 auctioneers.

- Have at least 03 branches/ representative offices

5. Registration documents include:

- Enterprise registration documents.

- Capacity and experience description.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of auction organization (if any).

* Notes:

- The registration documents are implicitly invalid in the event that the auction organization is not allowed to involve in the auction as prescribed by the laws.

- BIDV - Bac An Giang Branch shall release the written notice on results to the selected auction organization. The units who are not notified with the results are considered not to be selected. The documents shall not be returned to such non-selected units by BIDV - Bac An Giang Branch.
