BIDV North An Giang Branch announces the auction of assets

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – North An Giang Branch (BIDV North An Giang) would like to announce the auction of assets, as follows:

1. Information about assets:

a. 1st Property: Debt bondage accepted by BIDV:

- Description of property: Plot no. 474; Total area: 101,733.50 (m2), please see the attached annex for details.

- Address of property: New urban area – Festival city at Vinh My Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province.

- Owner: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam

- Reserve price: VND 500,800,000,000 (In words: Five hundred billion, eight hundred million Vietnamese Dong only).

b. 2nd Property: Debt of Viet Can Co., ltd and Nhu Y Private Enterprise at BIDV – North An Giang Branch.

-  Information of the debtor: Viet Can Co., ltd and Nhu Y Private Enterprise

- Debit balance: The amount of principal and interest (including interest in due and overdue interest) as of 28 November 2019 is VND 1,153,420,837,135, including:

- Debit balance of Nhu Y Private Enterprise is VND 804,420,024,464, in which the principal is VND 435,086,648,865, the interest is VND 369,333,375,599.

- Debit balance of Viet Can Co., ltd is VND 349,000,812,671, in which the principal is VND 157,628,000,000, the interest is VND 191,372,812,671.

*Collaterals:

- Description of the collaterals of Nhu Y Private Enterprise: Plot no. 118, Urban residential land; total area: 81,955.40 (m2). Plot no. 23, Land for production and business; total area: 76,509.80 (m2). Plot no. 1, Land for education and training; total area: 784.70 (m2). Please see attached annex details.

- Description of the collaterals of Viet Can Co., ltd: Plot no. 6, Urban residential land; total area: 12,766.40 (m2). Plot no. 2, Land for production and business; total area: 16,237.00 (m2). Plot no. 2, Land for education and training; total area: 16,439,00 (m2). Plot no. 1, Land for agencies; total area: 12,534.30 (m2). Plot no. 1, head office land; total area: 7,284.40 (m2).  Please see attached annex details.

- Address: New urban area – Festival city at Vinh My Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province.

- Owner: Nhu Y Private Enterprise

- Reserve price: VND 1,038,078,753,422 (In words: One thousand thirty-eight billion, seventy-eight million, seven hundred fifty-three thousand, four hundred twenty-two Vietnamese Dong only), in which the debt value of Nhu Y Private Enterprise is VND 723,978,022,018 and debt value of Viet Can Co., Ltd. is VND 314,100,731,404.

2. Auction property owners: BIDV Bac An Giang Branch.

Address: No. 14 Quang Trung, Chau Phu B Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province.

3. Asset auction organization: Truong Thinh Auction Company

Address: 46 Street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

4. Reserve price:

- 1st Property: VND 500,800,000,000 (In words: Five hundred billion, eight hundred million Vietnamese Dong only).

- 2nd Property: VND 1,038,078,753,422 (In words: One thousand thirty-eight billion, seventy-eight million, seven hundred fifty-three thousand, four hundred twenty-two Vietnamese Dong only)

For buying and selling Debts that are not subject to VAT, the reserve price does not include other costs associated with the transfer process of ownership/ use of property, registration fees and other expenses (if any) upon purchase of property, these costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

For buying and selling Debt bondage property, expenses related to transfer of ownership / use of property, registration fees and other expenses, the parties shall comply with the provisions of the law upon transfer.  

5. Deposit:

- 1st Property: VND 75,120,000,000 (In words: Seventy-five billion, one hundred twenty million Vietnamese Dong only) which equals to 15% of the reserve price.

- 2nd Property: VND 155,711,813,013 (In words: One hundred fifty-five billion, seventy and eleven million, eight hundred and thirteen thousand, thirteen Vietnamese Dong only) which equals to 15% of the reserve price.

6. Price of auction documents: VND 500,000/set

Time and place for purchasing and receiving auction documents: From listing day  to 5:00 p.m on 04 February 2020  at the head office of Truong Thinh Auction Company, address: 46 Street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City and the head office of BIDV – North An Giang Branch, address: No. 14 Quang Trung, Chau Phu B Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province.  

8. Time and place for property viewing: From listing day to 5:00 p.m on 04 February 2020 at place where asset locate. View property records at the head office of Truong Thinh Auction Company, address: 46 Street no. 2, Chu Van An Residential Area, Ward 26, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

9. Time and place for placing deposit:

- During office hours on 04 February 2020, 05 February 2020 and 06 February 2020, unless otherwise agreed by the auction institution and participants but before the opening of the auction.

- Organizations and individuals eligible to participate in the auction submit a valid bidding dossier and pay deposit to Truong Thinh Auction Company as prescribed.

10. Time and place of auction: 1st Property: At 2:00 p.m on 07 February 2020; 2nd Property: At 3:30 p.m on 07 February 2020 at the head office of BIDV – North An Giang Branch, (address: No. 14 Quang Trung, Chau Phu B Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province).

11. Auction forms and auction methods: Verbally at auction.

12. Method of auction: Bidding up.
