Regarding the selection of the auction organization of debts of Hoang Thien Ha Company Limited at BIDV Bac An Giang

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Bac An Giang Branch hereby announces the selection of the Auction Organization for debts for auction and the selection criteria as follows: 

 A. INFORMATION ABOUT DEBTS FOR AUCTION:

1. Name and address of the debtor: Hoang Thien Ha Company Limited. Address: An Thanh Hamlet, Hoa Binh Commune, Cho Moi District, An Giang Province.

2. Demand for asset sale by order of the court: Selling all debts of Hoang Thien Ha Company Limited borrowed from BIDV Bac An Giang.

3. Outstanding debt at BIDV Bac An Giang: VND 64,944 million (of which principal amount is VND 46,250 million, interest is VND 12,915 million, overdue interest is VND 5,779 million)

4. Guarantee assets: means the assets currently mortgaged at BIDV Bac An Giang together with all debts of Hoang Thien Ha Company Limited with the details as follows:

4.1. 05 Land use rights:    

Land use right of residential and specialized lands (Area: 1,689.10 m2; Land lot No.: 969, 973; Map sheet No.: 01) located in My Thoi Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province, (Owners: Mr. Mac Cam Hung and Mrs. Ly Cam Nhung).

Land use right (Area: 234.4m2 in which urban land is 45m2, 189.4m2 of land for planting other perennial tree (LNK), Land lot No. 60, Map sheet No. 39) located at An Thanh Hamlet, Hoa Binh Commune, Cho Moi District, An Giang. (Owner: Le Hoang Be)

Land use right (Area: 8,289m2 of business and production land, Land lot No. 93; Map sheet No. 16) located at An Thanh Hamlet, Hoa Binh Commune, Cho Moi District, An Giang. (Owner: Le Hoang Be).

Land use right (Land lot No. 415; map sheet No.: 15; Area of ​​304.5m2 of urban land; located at Ly Thai To Street, My Long Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province issued by People's Committee of Long Xuyen City on August 20th, 2015. (Owner: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong).

Land use right (Land Area: 1,568.3 m2 of land T, Land lot No.: 63, map sheet No,: 17) located at My Thanh Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang. (Owner: Nguyen Thi Thuy Diem).

4.2 Workshop: The workshop built on the land lot No. 93, map sheet No. 16 with the floor area: 3,040,80m2,  main structure of wooden frames, cement brick walls, tole roof, reinforced concrete foundation, wooden columns, the works of type 3, surrounding walls with the length of 324.7m located at An Thanh Hamlet, Hoa Binh Commune, Cho Moi District, An Giang. (Owner: Le Hoang Be).

4.3 Machines and equipment at An Thanh Hamlet, Hoa Binh Commune, Cho Moi District, An Giang: 01 Horizontal wood sawing machine; 01 transformer station; 260m crane rail; 01 crane

5. Starting price for debt auction: VND 26,070,560,000.

B. SELECTION OF AUCTION ORGANIZATION:

1. All auction organizations must meet all criteria as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Property Auction Law dated November 17th, 2016 and other criteria decided by BIDV:

- Licensed for property auction activity.

- Having at least 3 years of operation time.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

2. Registration documents includes:

- Legal documents.

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

3. Time: The deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of the first post on the newspaper (for documents submitted by post, the date on the postmark is calculated, provided that BIDV Bac An Giang must receive the submission documents within the period of 07 days from the date of the first notification on newspaper).

4. Place of submission: Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development Bank - Bac An Giang Branch, address: 14 Quang Trung, Chau Phu B Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province.
