1.1. SUNFEEDS JOINT STOCK COMPANY: Certificate of enterprise registration of a joint stock company No. 0103000325 issued for the first time by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hưng Yên province on 26/04/2001, registered for the tenth change 11/05/2016.

1.2. The value of the temporary debt as of February 28th, 2023 is: VND 1.113.000.202.330 In which: Principal debt is VND 762.325.171.237, overdue interest debt is VND 762.325.171.237, overdue penalty interest debt is VND 42.555.194.142.

+ The value of the temporary debt at BIDV Hung Yen: Principal debt is VND 617.385.241.568, overdue interest debt is VND 243.231.154.644, overdue penalty interest debt is VND 32.642.519.472.

2. Expected starting price:

Equal to the total outstanding balance of principal, interest, overdue penalty interest and fees (if any) at the time of signing the debt auction contract (temporary value as of February 28th, 2023 is: VND 1.113.000.202.330).

3. Time to receive documents:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (the documents submitted by post is calculated by postmark provided that BIDV Hung Yen must be received within 10 days from the date of notification).

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have at least 03 years of operation.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Other criteria as required by BIDV.

6. A registration dossier includes:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 5 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any)

* Note:

- The registration documents automatically expire in case that the auction organization is not auctioned according to law.

- BIDV Hung Yen Branch will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. The documents will not be returned to unselected organizations.
